This created a situation where I couldn't log into Webmin at all.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A little research lead me to the "changepass.pl" file. Basically, couldn't live without it!  Anyway, when recently migrating to a new laptop, I ran into the issue of wanting to transfer my saved sessions from my old laptop to my new one. A little research led me to the wonders of the Windows Registry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using your source machine, drill down to My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software. There you should see a SimonTatham directory. Right-click and export this entire key out to your local machine. Transfer this file to your destination machine, right-click to Merge these entries to your new registry. A search on Metalink confirmed that the problem was a missing environment variable.
